DROP THE BALL

Drop the ball is a video animation that I created during the Future of Idea Art residency at the Banff Centre in October 2006. It was made by video taping a series of red tissue paper disks as they were thrown over the balcony of the third floor lounge of the JPL building. Each thin paper dot would weft and weave in the air stream as it fell toward the camera situated below.
